The police rarely go on strike and it may be a sign of a sea-change in public affairs when they do because today,they have invited in a lot of old female nuisances to their ranks and their fellow travellers in the Catholic community are female sportswomen anxious to get the winnings score at Croke Park.

The police -are the police and sportswomen and GAA and loyalists best avoided?

I do not know but  what I do know is that at a certain juncture and in certain,defined jurisdictions,the police like to dictate "the terms of sale" by going on strike or refusing to respond to the public.

On the police today, we have a lot of female nuisances who are forever talking about police flu. 

Is there anyone in society or British politics who can keep a hold on their throats?

For whatever reason,nobody called C. in local politics has the cop-on to know when a duck would be dunging or the wit to turn up for work on time if she works as a police call handler which someone called C. usually does. 

But there are other varieties of call handler,I hear you say?

Yes,in the category of pensioned-off old MI 5 and police witch,we count Protestant hostesses of high society parties and events who go on to give evidence against other cops.

 Give those people a wide berth because it is too late in the day to secure justice for crimes committed over thirty years ago and more and strikes by policemen and -women are symptomatic of a society sick of talking of the Troubles, inquiries and all the rest of the paraphernalia of police obfuscation,not forgetting deceit by clergymen who were their main sources of information.

Is there a crisis coming in attitudes to policing in  Northern Ireland and perhaps, more abstrusely,are questions to be asked about the residual public services in the Northern Irish economy?

We should turn to the past for answers to a statelet in crisis......

For guidance as to the making of executive decisions,read the plays of Shakespeare when you are amongst resident strangers such as Protestant Irish policemen and Ulster Scots security guards heads and undercover British Army soldiers coming to the North to distribute Ecstasy,heroin and cocaine to their agents in places such as Erne Drive,Barbour Court,Magee Court and Drumbeg and Drumbawn Fold in Enniskillen. They do so in keeping with the realpolitik of pacification.

Say,"Go away and leave me alone!"  to these coppers and police doctors and NHS nurses and their retinue of informers and social workers.

We all say to police striker and military policeman and doctor and nurse,"Leave me out of your parlour games because I and many others want nothing to do with police dramatists".

Are we living in an over-policed society in danger of extending itself too far in the wrong direction namely in the direction of disinterested spectator and neutral observer?

Health service nuisance and police parlour games  recur with ever greater frequency as Britain slips into a millennial crisis, prefigured twenty or more years ago by the election of a political conglomerate founded on international usury and international  aggression and police methods of social control,best exemplified by PPP,NHS recruitment practices and political medicine.

Funding police terrorism in Ireland 

The English live in a state weighed down by over-accumulation for very little outlay.

 Over-accumulation places its own demands for interest payments on the National Debt and takes away money from essential public services.

Is there a political remedy for a country at a  crossroads?

Forget the stooges of the big banking concerns,foreign monopolies and cheap finance cartels,problems with high-interest rates can eventually be overcome by deflation.

Government subterfuge and concealment

High-interest countries put out neo-liberal nonsense about free markets, press freedom, meritocracy and equality before the ultimate court,their twisted and bent select-destruct electorates and ailing industries.

But back to my theme,the police-medical 'management' of decline. 

India and Germany? Their incursions here?

Say to Indian and German medical bores and secret policemen and there are ever more of them coming to Northern Ireland to set up house under the auspices of  American -UK security arrangements and Interpol, "Skat!".

To those in Neighbourhood Watch committees who have terrorised the public since the signing of the GFA gafa, "You are going to have to relocate yourself to England or Scotland because they are the people who encouraged your campaigns of intimidation and violent nuisance. The sooner you go,the sooner you will settle in in your new location."

In many troublespots of the world or in former hotspots,there is civil lockdown in place. District committees are used to control protest and to suppress dissent. I live in one such bantustan, Northern Ireland.

Much of the police intimidation locally is generated by people acting under the control of the Territorial Army, Neighbourhood Watch and British Army mesdames. They create a cacophony of raucous sound performance and public nuisance on the street.

These people should be brought to court for serious crimes such as intimidation.

As with every police state-we think of the US, Austria, Ireland and Germany-many of these insolent people have multiple identities, addresses and residences. They act in the style of ex-policemen, part-time soldiers and society ladies.

In my instance,the police have located them near water where raw sewage flows in and they want them to go and 'drink from the waters of  the Jordan river'. 

Where does the money come from for these multiple Troubles-related housing and rent payments to police spies,double jobbing agents and security guards? How much do they amount to? Who is answerable from the Policing Board?

These are questions which are never answered fully in court or in the media because of the mantle of secrecy drawn over British Army undercover activities by the courts and legal profession.

Britain's agents in Ireland behave in an essentially random manner because British rule is coming to a slow,protracted and very difficult end.

These wayfaring strangers and police and military pensioners are like all colonisers about to find that they are "sailing for old England upon the morning tide".

Hail and farewell and don't come back,we say to ex-policemen and British Army soldiers.

There is only one thing worse than malice in any close-knit environment and that is ignorance and the lack of a basic education. Both breed violence and corruption. Ignorance and the lack of a proper education are also the main causes of poverty and despair and the mental health crisis sweeping through Western society.

Not only is there a dormant operation by security forces around my own dwelling but there is another at No. 50 further on up the street. The unfortuneate's flat is being entered by police as it was at his previous dwelling and items removed and damaged. There is obviously hospital porter or intendant influence at work since that practice is in the style of the psychiatric hospital prison system.

In my instance,my front window was broken by Mc G. after a mysterious visit to Ballymena. He had received £300 to his bank account for pinpointing my sister's address to loyalist thugs who used noise measures and technical interference to cause her a stroke. The RUC/PSNI and a loyalist named Walmsley were involved.

During a stint at Stirling University where MI 5 recruit vermin like Mc G. for deployment to Northern Ireland,the lunatic applied to join MI 5 and was turned down but taken on by the Secret Service.

These are the criminal milieu and British Army agents who belong in an unmarked grave in a forgotten corner.
