Secret courts in Northern Ireland. A Note (2011)

Secret courts organized by the police and legal worthies operate in Northern Ireland. Evidence is given by informers and double agents with the aim of creating a system of extra-judicial measures including executions and secret prisons. The courts comprise Anglican clergymen, some  detectives and Masonic judges. The effect of their decisions is to deny access to legal remedies, incarcerate suspects without trial and introduce professional bans.

In Antrim this secret court is known as the County Antrim Grand Jury. It awards bursaries for research into constitutional law and takes submissions from detectives.In March 2013 the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland called for the summoning of  these Star Chambers.

Medicine belongs to the world of that which is secret i.e. the occult. Most medical practices are in ignorance of medical text books and the tradition of secrecy is protected by law-the doctrine of medical confidentiality. This protects medical personnel from legal action in most cases.

In the admission wards of the T and F Psychiatric Hospital, Omagh the doctors disorientate their clients by denying healthy patients direct sunlight for four to six weeks. This medical terror is orchestrated by military agents and paramilitary gangs connected to the Northern Ireland Office. .According to new research, it should be noted, Mozart died of Vitamin D deficiency. One doctor claimed to myself “You will get enough Vitamin D from food!”

Doctors who shall remain nameless have been presented with patients suffering from typhus and bronchial pneumonia but have refused to treat obvious symptoms even when forcefully expressed by the patients themselves.
 

In the North tens of thousands have been imprisoned in psychiatric hospitals by the police and the military. Small wonder that there are three thousand six hundred suicides in the North of Ireland. After complaints to the General Medical Council the licences of two doctors were apparently restricted. One wonders if the proper place for some medical practitioners and psychiatrists is jail.

One often hears in connection with Columbia the phrase “narco-terrorism”. The state in trouble-spots also practises narco-terrorism of the discontented and insurgent mileu using cocaine and opium. This is the reason the SAS are in Columbia and in Afghanistan- to gain supplies of cocaine and opium for use in the National Health Service. In Fermanagh in the North of Ireland. 1260 are on the books of the Community Mental Health Team as “mentally ill” and 280,000 are subjected to welfare dependency out of a population of 1.7 million in the north of Ireland. The secret police through English born social workers are heavily involved and there are casualties-3600 succumb to suicide every year in the north of Ireland compared to a 600 out of a population of 4.2 million in the south.

                                                                                            

State narco-terrorism is directed at “agitators”, “trouble makers” and “insurgents”. Sinn Fein organised classes in claiming Disability Living Allowance in its Newry office in the 1990s so are heavily involved in the work of MI5.

The panoply of state measures include home visits, forced injections, violent assaults in psychiatric hospitals, collaboration with the Special Branch and CID at all levels-police bring in “trouble makers” to be incarcerated in psychiatric admission wards- outpatient clinics, referrals to criminal psychiatrists and “care in the community” at the risk of re incarceration. State medical surveillance by chemists means that refusal to collect narcotic prescriptions for 6 months leads to reincarceration. MI5 operate this system as a mechanism of state control. In sum, in the trouble spots of the world psychiatry represents a large scale terrorist organisation controlled and operated by the state. (In Russia in the 1970s' special psychiatric hospitals' replaced the Gulags for the discontented).

The state functionaries prepared this terrorist campaign under Major and Thatcher in the 1980s and before 1991. In 2003 it was projected by the Medical Research Council that the consequent rise in Alzheimer’s by 2020 would be 220%. The doctors know very well where their violent narco terrorist activities are leading. Alzheimer’s is a side effect of state narcotics.

The doctors  are willing collaborators in the occult and secret police attrition. The clergy are not responding by and large in the North to this resurgence of fascism in contrast to Germany in 1942 where 135,000 “mentally unfit” were put to death by criminals recruited into the SS for this purpose on the orders of Josef Goebbels.

Welfare dependendence is the outcome of these activities of anti~Irish racists.In the psychiatric hospitals after violence, enforced imprisonment, forced injections and deprivation of Vitamin D in the form of direct sunlight by confinement indoors, one is introduced to English social workers who solicit applications for payment of Income Support and Disability Living Allowance. They do not reveal that these social security applications debar the claimant from insurance- based and stable incomes. On release, while under threat of re arrest the social worker introduces the DLA claim form. This procedure is only possible because the rise of information technology means that a person may be prohibited from work by the security vetting procedures operated in association with the DHSS social security computer in Newcastle England.

A pretence at rehabilitation is made to a subservient claimant on the basis that unpaid labour is carried out. Thus is welfare dependence and psychotropic medicine dependence enforced on the discontented. At base it is motivated by the Thatcherite nostrum that the Irish are “drunken labourers” and "welfare claimants" and "liars"(1999) This system is practised throughout Derry, Tyrone, Fermanagh, Antrim, Armagh and Down. This mafia maintain medical surveillance by double jobbing agents to monitor the discontented and maintain intelligence networks.

The Jekyll and Hyde society produced by the intoxication of the healthy population with psychoactive substances is a demotic or demoniac society.

We see this everywhere in incoherent and broken speech patterns and in the hypnotic state many people have been reduced to.

Workers falling onto their workbenches,those in a workshop overtaken by sleep,serious injuries of those forced back to work by medical pigs and greedy employers,they are everywhere. All in the interests of capital accumulation. These features of a paralysed and anaethetised society we have all around us.

Bevan's NHS?

All well and good in its day but in need of a fundamental rethink.

Let people who can afford hospital care pay for it and let the rest of us be set free from enslavement by the medical pigs.

BREAK UP THE NHS and ARREST PSYCHIATRISTS and PSYCHIATRIC NURSES and take police and social workers into military custody.

In 1990 to 1991 before I was at the receiving end of five months of sleep deprivation and sensory deprivation by the authorities in Dublin, I prepared the drafts of two books:Revolution in Ireland 1913-1923 and a history of the Irish Labour Party up to 1943. In the 1990s, Kostick and Allen wrote both of these books on the basis of stolen notes on behalf of the Socialist Workers Party. These books where published by Pluto Press and Manchester University Press. I did not give permission for my work to be stolen.

 

In the early 1990s it was a familiar sight for me to see on South Great Georges Street in Dublin the" street scenes" arranged by the Socialist Workers Party and their garda adjutants. I lived in dire poverty in Dublin but devoted my time there to study political economy and Irish History. I circularised over a hundred trade unionists, community groups and unemployed groups with articles and schema one of which, the Programme of Irish Socialists, later became the National Development Plan. I was not paid for my creative literary endeavours.

 

I was later expelled from my humble abode by George Redmond, Dublin City Manager.

My plans for a book on revolutionary politics in the early part of the 20^th century were fully mapped out with references based on careful study in the National Library. My plan for a book on the Irish Labour Party and the influence of Jim Larkin where also carefully annotated. In my opinion, Kostick stole much of the prepared script but failed to add any colour or descriptive prose. Allen’s book lacked shape after the period of 1943 at which point I was forced to break off my studies.

Both are nonentities!!

Pluto Press in its entirety and Manchester University Press for the most part are known amongst cognoscenti as publishers of plagiarized,pirated or,in Allen's case,nonsense literature and in the above named scribblers' cases literature devoid of either the "writers' " truth or substance since they had neither and were only messenger boys for Sinn Fein and O Brien Press.

Barrett ( Cusick) is the former gauleiter of People before Profit , a front group of the Socialist Workers Party He was formerly of Globalize Resistance, SWM, TCD SWSS etc etc. He won a place in the Dail because the maverick republican,O Broin,stood aside.

 I knew Barrett Banger Cusick for many years. I am a law graduate who took a close interest in political economy which I studied for 14 years. I submitted a plan and prospectus for fighting elections in 1995 to this group. Bitter fruit, I now think!

In the early part of the last decade Cusick TD and Allen where the main spouters at Socialist Worker gatherings. I attended these meetings. A constant theme of Cusick’s rhetoric was payments to corrupt politicians. Hypocrisy! While claiming UnemploymentBenefit, Cusick TD was drawing 200 euros (2003) from donations from SWP members and had done so for many years.

I am a Law graduate with a first in Philosophy of Law and fourteen years of study in political economy, pure economics (micro economics) philosophy, European, US and Russian history and languages of which I speak six. I am a worker’s son -something Cusick is not. Cusick TD decried me as a “paranoid schizophrenic” in front a packed gathering of SWP delgates in 2003 along with Bryce and Wingfield.

Strange fruit of years of organising meetings in the radical history sphere and writing articles on health and safety and the death of workers, corruption and misappropriation of Peace and Reconciliation funds and anti-war activity and agitation.
