Ireland of the eighteenth and nineteenth century

The French are notoriously tight-fisted and do not indulge corner-boys and mouthpieces in bainin sweaters and Donegal tweed jackets. The French do not subsidise childish scribblings and amateur polemics with their hidden cash reserves because they have enough scribblers and plenty of tub-thumpers of their own. Nationalism,Irish Republicanism and the Continental French

While many of the North of England types appear as boisterous loudmouths,we must remember that the crafty Cockneys are little better in terms of basic civility, something which both absorbed from rough, ignorant, unmannerly Irish immigrants from the West and South of Ireland.

US imperialism 

Our recent past in Northern Ireland?The nationalist part of the mixed equation?

Drugs gangs sponsored by the US State Department and Department of Defense made their appearance to undermine civil government and the rule of law in 1971. Those lost souls started their campaign of attrition by exploiting civil society wrongs.

In our situation judges,clerical and lay, should have openly addressed the public to tell them that legitimate grievances would be remedied eventually and that politics and  reform were the only proper  grounds for peaceful advancement. Good politicians would,in those and similar circumstances, point out to the public that sinister elements were fuelling rioting and murder with drugs and alcohol. 

For their part rulers in a time of upheaval should stay away from the microphone until they make their appearance with offers of dialogue sanctioned by their foremost sympathisers. (No ruler or group of rulers can do that openly because then they must surrender their prerogative to have the 'final say' and preclude being in a position to curtail the powers of legislators and executive at the same time).

US meddling in China

The US has settled on China like a bag of hens (hib-eng. 'clocks') to reduce it to its own level of mental ineptitude,drug intoxication and casual murder.

The American Dream 

This phenomenon which America spreads is not a state of democratic rights rather a contagion of criminal, drug-fuelled love of guns, violence and race hatreds.

 There should be no attraction for sane people in armed protests, political rallies, violent demonstrations and outside attempts to stir up dissent unless the issue is of relevance to civil peace and proper governance.

America is a once-imperialist,now pensioner state in many ways. Many of its military still have the clearly stated aim of world domination. The last aspirant to that mantle was Adolf Hitler. He had similar designs to every American President. Behind the sugary rhetoric,the United States is the main threat to world peace and the Soviet Union was no less in its time.

Industrially,the US is only a husk of its former self,its real wealth and civil society hollowed out by foreign military adventures and large sections of its manufacture and industry long gone to other countries. Its stature in the world is built on imperialist violence, fiscal profligacy,  financial irregularity and corporate theft.

The modern age. Democracy 

The first thing to emerge from Venetian and French republicanism was humanism, secular and naive (and who says that we should not all be naive of occasion). That developed into free-basing profit-accumulation, loose thinking and capitalism with very few restraints. (What happened in the Soviet Union in 1991 was a form of managerial and popular rebellion).

In the ascent from ape to Man,came liberal collectivism which was connected in Anglophone society to the Lutheran and Calvinist Reformed religions.

It is now our bounty to have socialist, democratic parties in our parliaments in Northern Europe. Those parties are neither fish nor fowl in terms of Marxist ideological or workerist socialism but a coalition of workers and the intelligentsia. Very few people in the growing class of welfare recipients are animated by class politics or anything remotely approaching progressive arguments about facts and figures.

In the European scenario, Southern Ireland is a newly semi-democratic society but one without a system of comprehensive health provision or adequate public housing programmes.

Random acts of violence -the Continent of Europe

Sean O' Ferrall from Letterkenny,typical of the Walter Mitty-types and dolemen attracted,not to republicanism or Labour these days but to socialism, particularly non-democratic socialism. That socialism is represented by Richard Boyd-Barrett and Brid Smith. They speak for the dog-ends of society around Dublin in their constituencies. When their friends are not giving speeches they're propping up the dole queue. In England,they claim to be Labour supporters but they don't vote.

The rule of hearsay. Naming a false witness before a legal case has gone to court

 Hearsay is  the basis of the informer (or 'false witness') phenomenon. It is summed up by the trained and untrained person as 'hear-a-lie,tell-a-lie' when such an imagined person is referring to that well-known appearance or apparition,the lickspittle or police witness.

The proposition that litigants are routinely spied upon is not a wrong headed illusion. However ,the pleading party will learn to distinguish fact from fiction only in court whereas his lawyer will be well aware of a spy or what lawyers call an obstruction to justice at an early stage. Pledged to uphold the honour of the court and protect the functioning of the judicial system he will not divulge his cognisance of the police informer to anyone not even his secretary or partner. It is in court,therefore,that only hard evidence can be heard after depositions have been laid.

What desperados such as Sinn Fein politicians,the armed constabulary and Unionist politicians such as Eric Gault alike cannot see is that 'signs and wonders',gossip and rumour,have no bearing on court proceedings. Insinuations are for the birds and bees and ignored in the search for hard evidence.

The problem of our age, poisoning by the NHS

Any properly-trained advocate will tell you that doctors are a pushover in court because they rarely appear to answer allegations of professional misconduct. Doctors are often involved in plots to pervert the course of justice. They are notorious amongst barristers and solicitors as dangerous liars and frauds who cover up for one another. Doctors believe firmly that the human mind and body can overcome any obstacle. That is something against which incontrovertible proof exists. 

Most doctors give vague, "scientific" answers in court but barristers ask searching questions and judges require fast proofs and cast-iron guarantees against future medical misconduct. (Judges and advocates initiate the suspension of out-of-touch medical personnel in a law-governed society but no part of Ireland falls under that description).

Naming a medical impostor? 

Usually a very dangerous move if your case has not come before the court or you have not pleaded a case. That action opens the injured party up to arbitrary injustice and police retribution.

Why?

You will meet them regularly as they seek to mitigate their liability in criminal law for misleading the police by walking on your right hand side after Isaiah. If the main culprits hiding behind legality are too old or infirm and find you abnoxious, they will send someone in their stead usually one of their family members to meet you in the street.Give them no hint of intention as to your required amount for settlement of the cash or they will use it against you and try to put you over a barrel using other family members and criminals such as the police and ambulance drivers and medics and other untrained polecats. Money is all such greedy exploiters and upper class people crave.

When these plotters set out on their "Journey"( Tony Blair),they knew that they were incurring "serious" (Berniece Swift) risks personally and financially, particularly as regards their peace of mind and illegal actions.

A good person's friends usually act with a view to punishing the criminals enlisted by frauds in retaliation for the murder and mayhem which they create.

Why economic obsolescence of the European Marxist dictatorships, the political revisionism and what is the link to financial asset-stripping in the East, 1990-2005?

Kant revived. The Judeo-Christian tradition

The basic proposition of Hebraic philosophy is that no man can serve two masters. It reads,"He will love one and hate the other or,hate one and love the other".

It is notable that many Western governments serve two masters. Duality is the basic phenomenon of the times. 

Note one dualism,the cults of humanism and Freudianism.

We say to both of the orchestrators of this modern schizoaffective idealisation,the BBC and 'head' doctors,"You're trying to ride two horses,God and Mammon. You're hallucinating. A rich old Judy like you or your Asian and African friends and other guests of the nation never give a penny to any charity. You're only a hypocrite who doesn't understand or accept the basis of public medicine. There's a stink of you. Do you not even believe in washing, you dirty old tramp."

Comparisons and the origins of concepts. Some insights into the concept of capitalism 

It is sometimes assumed that the 'head' of a team of horses on a carriage was the real  point of departure for Capital as a lead economic  concept. Marx's written epithet "Accumulate,accumulate,accumulate. That is Moses and the prophets!" is a nineteenth century analogy of a horse accelerating quickly when hitched to a carriage and whipped.

A modern philistine,a political meetings man called the literary conclusion of his imperialist  rampage "A Journey". I refer to Tony Blair. 

A literary coincidence perhaps. In his capital horse setting off on a journey at the head of a team of horses, Marx's allusion to capitalism rests. 

A lead horse and,to introduce the Hebraic tradition,a horse is viewed in Isaiah as a fearless creature which rushes blindly forward.

To turn the analogy around we refer to Greek wisdom to discern the fate of the modern lead horse,the working class. The European workhorse in Aesop's fables can be construed as the donkey whose diet was steadily reduced to a blade of  grass a day by its merciless exploiter. 

Both of these allusions when construed with the etymology of Capital derive from a contemporary and a pre-Marxist mode of thinking.

Later we learn of two propositions of Russian Narodnik (populist) "revolutionary spontaneity" and "excitative terror" from Lenin in his early years of socialist activity from 1896-1903. 

The contemporary relevance 

Those may well be two propositions the immature Tony Blair read of in his early years as a Member of Parliament and served him as a guide to understanding our Irish Narodniks. In 1983,he,for his part, certainly believed in what followed,that which the socialist successors to Narodism practiced, state control of society,Terror and publicly owned industry. 

But to deal with the legacy of his latter-day social idealism in power,we count Tony Blair as amongst those "hole-and-corner reformers, charity mongers and anti-vivisectionists" who Marx railed against in his first popular literary work (The Communist Manifesto, 1847-8). 

Blair and his successors had recourse to the Jews in the end to keep his paranoidal plans alive. He made of Britain a deindustrialised wasteland and idle society. Today,there are far too many in Britain today without a meaningful occupation or real job because of his schizoaffective Christian Socialism (Fabian Society,1995).

Setting out Russian Marxism's pitch to the intelligentsia in 1913,Lenin wrote Monism or a characterisation of the empirio-scientific method.

In this method of reasoning,there is much merit because it is rooted in Russian and Greek orthodoxy.

Beware however of solely following one analytical method,students. Lenin's methodology,the method of historical materialism-dialectics is more a philosophy of social and political progress-because there are many others all worthy of practice.

Therefore,we say with certainty that Marx's observations have withstood exhaustive criticism and that nowadays we find in many of Marx's critiques a guide to a world which has adopted the industrial movement. The world is as Marx described it would be.

We find very little of relevance in Kant's Romantic idealism other than escapism,narcissism and a culture of death, euthanasia, contraception, divorce and abortion.

The division in modern social sciences lies between endogenous (or ideological) reasoning and socialism whether the socialism in question be critical or materialistic.

In our political environment,this spaltum or schism takes the form of conservative against labour and the left or ideology against reason.

Ideology of the extreme leftwing tendency ignores all restrictions and legal restraints on political authority. Marxist ideology sets aside law and the basic tenets of a civilised society.

Romantic idealism is in the ascendant in a world without materialist state models. The Chinese and the mixed economies of the East are too weak to oppose fascist revanchism and the currents of war emanating from Europe and the Americas.

From within or from without,which is it to be?

Neither to the exclusion of the other,I think. More desirable is the preservation of political norms and legal rules.

The conundrum of the Philosopher's Stone,"Is it round or is it flat?" is a puzzler for the female mind,female searchers after truth and for the philosopher.

Women often as they are possessed of horse sense,fail at every attempt to gain a rational understanding of any problem of ideology apart from sentimental reasoning and quickly lose their way when confronted by a simple puzzle. Note Keegan and Butler-Sloss and countless other legal and media chicks. Stick to children's crossword puzzles and simple arithmetic,ladies,and don't get involved in any nonsense about strutting your stuff in public or trying to put the chicken back into the egg.
