While Africa has many grievances with England,its main beef and cause  for dismay is former slaves in the  West.

All those who accept money for information die forlorn and forsaken by all but close family. As with Sean L.,Owen C., Debbie C.,Bernie O C., Peter Mc C. and elected representatives  their activities are well known and widely publicised near and far.

When they are "outed",they panic and journey to 'a place of safety'. What they think is a place of safety becomes their deathbed unless they are given a reprieve by those they informed on. 

The Biblical precedent?

The biblical Peter and John were pardoned. Later, two or three others were given a reprieve at Emmaus.

The Bible? The number of witnesses? Court proceedings in Ancient Judea?

There were at least three informers in rabbinical courts.Frank Og Maguire and his brothers, Mc Elroy and Lonergan measured up to that Judaic formula in my and so many others instance.

Judas the Traitor?

The Judas Kiss comes from Psalm 2 of the Old Testament. It was a plea for mutual forgiveness. That phenomenon has or had nothing to do with betrayal by prearranged design. 

Only the Roman Governor  had the power to put Jesus of Nazareth to death,not any number of rabbis or elders and,in Palestine,Rome was in complete control. 

The Romans hated instability and friction. Any province or satrap connected to Rome,then or now,is and was a violent and warlike entity.  Rome collapsed due to private debt and the US also collapsed in 2007.

Informers invariably claim associations with Sinn Fein and the IRA. Usually they don't vote and lack any proper taste in music or clothes.

How are the MI 5 political informers chosen? The bigger picture? Eastern Europe 1992-99?

Our modern day Don Quixotes particularly Gerry Adams,and Tony Blair,not George Bush Senior or,for that matter,George Bush Jnr. claim no knowledge of political  parties police liaison officers. (Both of the latter US Presidents knew exactly what they were doing and acted in good time to avoid a nuclear catastrophe involving Israel and Russia).Bush Senior realised that he was dealing with a real threat to world peace from both post-Reunification Germany and post-Bolshevik Russia.

The threat to international peace was the primary outcome of the dissolution of the USSR.The ever-present nuclear threat manifested itself in 1993 and 1995 and 1997. Witness the behaviour of Boris Yeltsin and Russian threats of nuclear war. Those threats were reported in the West by well-read and experienced journalists. The latter made a careful study of the break-up of the Soviet Union which.

Some journalists examined  Germany too but their reports only found an audience on the internet or in tiny left-wing publications such was MI 5's vice-like grip on the media.

 There is no way contemporary media 'spinners' can avoid the issues raised by the end of the Soviet Union. Tight control of the media,print and television,is at the express order of lunatics in the Press Office of Downing Street. MI5 fed false information to Blair through those people. They knew that he, like most politicos and the merry clucks who surround politicians,was an ambitious philistine. (Most senior judges and barristers also fall into that category).

 Those who are recruited for instance as child informants to spy on their democratic or trade unionist parents commonly use subterfuge and sow chaos and confusion. They do so to gain entry to other people's dwellings. After gaining entry,they interfere with the personal belongings of the 'host beasties'. In a domestic setting,they remove and replace small items to disorientate their parents. These young boys of seven or eight years of age develop pathological traits early in life and remain mentally abnormal for the rest of their lives. While apparently well-adjusted, they never amount to very much. Their thieving develops into a lifelong condemnation of others'  behaviour. 

Their victims in Ireland ultimately realise that these child informants think that their abnormal behaviour is "fun".

Lynch repudiated his Declaration and sold his soul to Peter Quinn and the GAA. Why would he dress in football attire when he never played Gaelic football in his entire life  other than for cheap publicity and to find an audience for his childish concerns? In his 'active' days,he was a pin-ball wizard around Clones cafés.

A real spy or police informer who intends to have someone killed will arrange directly to meet that unfortunate salt-bag in the informer's home,a public place or in a public house or call in person at his front door. We count amongst these types Liam Mc Girl, Raymond Smith,Jimmy Gleeson, Michael Morgan,Fergal Connolly,Berniece Swift,Michael Mc Manus,Martin Mc Manus and the typical Dublin 'socialist' type and unemployable layabout who would betray his mother for a sixpence. I am thinking in the latter case of a politician or other hate-preacher.

Usually the culprit's 'armed attack' is no more than a public warning or violent assault. It should however be noted that in British and Irish law,the intention to inflict grievous bodily harm which leads to death is sufficient grounds for a murder conviction. The rule in R. v Hyam is reinstated despite the idiotic jurisprudence of Campbell, Denning and Hailsham and their thinly-concealed attempts to reduce the element of intent to 'technical' assault.

If someone who you know of rather than someone who you have met, wants to have you killed they will first of all insist on having a photograph taken with you. It is impossible for a gunman or Hitler-type,I am thinking of Danny Morrison or Owen Mc Garvey,to kill anybody whose picture he does not recognise.

In France and Germany and Britain this photographic activity is carried on by the Passport Office. In the US it is carried on by the FBI. In Ireland,by your fawning acquaintances in politics such as Communists and socialists and in the South of England by the SAS. In Australia and Asia, by the government directly. In most countries,the Minister for the Interior. (That used to be the way everywhere but not anymore in some jurisdictions). 

Therefore,write to the Passport Office of your respective country if your passport is stolen unless it is in France since theft is second nature to the French. Even police steal there.

Irish republicanism. Sinn Fein and their antagonists

Nationalism is about keeping power,wealth and influence over domestic affairs of state internal to that country's politicians and owners and influencers. It is to be distinguished from republicanism of the French and Irish type which is about the rights and to a lesser extent about obligations. Socialism is the perspective that it is money,wealth and power of one class as opposed to another class which is at the heart of survival,what Marx called the struggle for survival and the working class yearning for a redistribution of wealth.

While democracy and the battle for rights features only in republicanism,Irish country republicans claim that they are not 'taken in' by a 'hail fellow,well met' nationalist gombeen man or fooled by 'big talk' . However,it is hard to avoid the impression that they are fooled by hoaxers and nonsense rhetoric from their leading politicians and lesser figures carried widely on the local and national media. That type of controversy sets aside the need to adopt a position based on social and economic interests. Irish republicanism is largely escapist ( 'Adams' republicanism).

Why should republicanism have had a footprint in Ireland?

It is dedicated to the pursuit of rights. That pursuit of justice has overwhelming force in tyrannies and in colonies such as ours.

The Irish republicans,how goes it with them?

Generally speaking,Sinn Fein's dealings with the public are above board and those who say otherwise 'are up to something '.

The average person knows who will give him or her comfort and succour in his hour of need. That is something which a corrupt politician or a higher-up clergyman refuses to give to the average person.

But,a tip. If you are wondering how to vote in elections and can't decide on your first and second preferences in a Proportional Representation poll,vote for someone you know well and VOTE DOWN THE LIST OF CANDIDATES.

Our times

While we may in Northern Ireland mutter at times "A plague on both your houses," we should keep negative banter about politicians to a minimum at election times. It is a bad sign of any man if he or she does not vote openly and down the list of candidates. Observing someone not doing so is a way of recognising an idle hand or the means to recognise a paid informer who is trying to deceive you. A spy or doleman does not vote. A deceiver such as he thinks that he knows a lot more than intelligent people. Even more so is this the case in a woman where it is a sign of a noxious bully and a domestic terrorist.

We say to someone who does not vote in elections at the risk of being beaten up, "You're a know-it-all and a loudmouth. Goodbye!" That sort of person will soon make clear his or her contempt and attitude to anyone who votes. This mien he takes on at those he meets at election times. A curmudgeon insults superior wisdom.

Both Sinn Fein and the SDLP are two nationalist parties who constructed under the auspices of the Good Friday Agreement an 'agreement to disagree ' with unionists and a policing coalition to hound socialists and Labour men out of politics. The Mitchell plan was heralded as a plan to suppress both revolutionary violence and to  encourage cross-community bridgebuilding. It has led to political ruin and the sectarian hatred of one's fellow man being enthroned in society. With the fanfare in 1998 came a wave of unreason,tyranny and poisoning.

Easter Sunday is a significant day in the republican tableau of days. Why did the antecedents of Cahill,Meehan,Adams and Mc Guinness stage an armed insurrection on this day?

It was to indicate to Ireland and the world that they were a secular organisation not a group which obeyed the Second Commandment to keep the Sabbath holy.

Sanctions will turn the clock back to the 1930's and can only lead to the aggravation of confrontations and, possibly,the complete destruction of Western civilisation. Russia will have no alternative but to enhance its military capability.

The West sees the situation in the sense of Freedom,namely that new countries should be encouraged to join NATO.Russia sees things in terms of recent history. It has left it to the last moment to stand firm,to take the only possible position. Make no mistake about that. 

The Russian perspective is that a nuclear threat 150 km from Moscow is not acceptable. This is the only reasonable perspective. How on earth could any responsible leader not act in good time to prevent his country being a target of this sort of nuclear blackmail and blackguardism.

What reason would any country in Eastern Europe have to join NATO? 

The Soviet Union departed without a shot being fired. The 'end of the post-war settlement' was designed to get the East Europeans to buck up their act and stop depending on the free flow of Russian oil and gas paid for in roubles and funded by a country impoverishing itself to maintain minimal social entitlements and full employment in its near neighbours' countries.

How can societies freed by the Soviet Union from a regime intent on wiping them from the face of the earth possibly try to rewrite history by destroying monuments to those who freed them?

Not only must the Ukraine be demilitarised but NATO must be compelled to think again as regards its deployment in Eastern Europe. It is time to think beyond events in the Ukraine-its cause is already lost- and to demilitarise not  just Eastern Europe but Germany.

The only possible path to peace is Russian Victory and the break-up of NATO.

It is up to Joe Biden to ignore the moaning and whingeing of the two powers who stand in the way of peace and deal directly over Britain's head with Putin in the interests of peace.

Vollendum est!

This war must be prosecuted to the furthest borders of the Western Ukraine.

This crisis was brought about by fascist revanchists in 2014. They toppled a democratically-elected government. 

Why were the Franco-German Brigade reconnoitring Ukraine in 2004-2005? 

The truth of the matter is that the Ukraine is one of the main shipment points-Turkey,too- for Afghan opium into Western Europe. Heroin is being shipped by crime gangs and interested individuals and the CIA. Those groups wish to destabilise countries through the medium of knife-wielding Arabs and Danske Bank.

This war sets down a marker for NATO:Thus far shalt thou go,and no further!

Time for peace! Stop the War!

Russia's objectives have been achieved with Zelensky's offer of military neutrality for the Ukraine. The only mutually acceptable leader,sad to say,is a Ukrainian Jew and by that I mean that a Christian leader would merely foment division between former Soviet lands.

Neutrality can be the only possible path to prosperity and peace. NATO has nothing to offer in terms of economic progress or technological transfers.

The shameful scenes left behind in the vicinity of Kyiv/Kiev cast a dark stain across the character and moral standing of Russian arms. These are shocking scenes and a sad reflection on a superior moral purpose.

Russia must withdraw all troops from Ukrainian territory including Donetsk and Lugansk and allow healing,peace and meaningful reconciliation to take place. 

Russia's war objective has been achieved if the Ukrainian government signs a Non-Aggression Treaty with Russia. The organ-grinders of this war must be silenced in France and Germany,the Franco-German Brigade in particular.These countries have a history of aggression. 

Let the break-up of NATO begin immediately and let all people of goodwill unite against this evil, murderous organised mafia which must,after the style of the Warsaw Pact,go up onto the scrapheap of history.

A war without bullets. The beginning of the end of this armed disturbance. The surrender and defeat of the Azov Battalion

Russia is hustling the Azov semi-fascists off to internment and long-stay psychiatric care in Russia and has shown that it is prepared to treat prisoners very well if they cease and desist from armed thuggery.

The war was not an all-out war by any stretch of the imagination or an attack on Ukraine's independence  but rather,a timely intervention to prevent s nuclear showdown. 

We can look forward to a quick turnaround in the situation confidently.

A Non-Aggression and Demilitarisation Agreement must be signed soon. Let the lawyers get to work right away in association with the generals.

Let Russia look forward to a much improved way of life and see in the prohibition of land-based Cruise missiles in Ukraine a programme, an incipient plan,for the demilitarisation of Eastern Europe and the removal of atomic weapons from Germany and neighbouring countries.

Germany,you would not have endured over four decades of partition and relative insecurity, had you not joined NATO. Try,flounder as you may for answers, Germany and NATO, imperialist aggressors caused this entirely avoidable confrontation and most of the deaths.

Putin HAD to act  because of slow military encirclement and nuclear threats. There was A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER.

Let the fighting now end and the talking begin.

War solves nothing,no problem or combination of problems.

The fighting MUST end. The problem has largely been removed. Ukraine has thrown in the towel slowly over a four-week period. Let us have a return to sanity.

I suggest a Friendship and Cooperation Treaty after peace and preliminary agreements.

There's about as much discipline in the Provos or Cavan people as you'd get amongst the Travellers at Donnybrook Fair long ago. Listen to the news on a Friday if you don't believe me. Richie Mc Phillips is the only politician who has any time for you or would do anything for you or your family."

Come all you Irish people who love freedom and common decency and sobriety...

...never trust someone born within the sound of the Bow Bells in London or the Liberty Bells in Dublin or the Shandon Bells in Cork. Disregard their words and actions. Most of them are thieves,petty criminals and prostitutes. They will come at you with a knife or knuckle-duster. The only people who can handle them are the Army. Armies were set up to deal with street protests by such people and their spokesmen and apologists. However do not hesitate to give to charities which care for them.

These slumdwellers are the people referred to by Marx as gutter proletarians, people who live by theft, violence and murder. I know,I lived amongst them for six years and bear the physical scars of their crimes.

When attacked-if you are an outsider,you will most certainly be attacked or at least accosted for money by them-report them to the police and leave the matter  at that. Don't bring them to court or they will inflict even more harm on you because they are not afraid of prison. Centuries of habituation to anti-social behaviour has left them with no fear of authority. They will know soon enough after you make their acquaintance, where and when to find you because criminals have one thing in common with the police,they like to know where their next victim or suspect is at any given time...

Freedom vs. authority 

Proof positive that the great Reformation counter-polation of individual conscience and civil freedom with authority and collective salvation through good works is a false and a bad guide to life lies in industrial and post-industrial times. 

The evidence is overwhelming. These philosophical notions have little bearing on industrial capitalism and corporate finance. 

Why was the individual counterposed to the mass looking back to the Reformation?

The desire to accumulate  wealth on behalf of a few greedy individuals.

When was this proposition first properly updated for modern times?

By Christopher Hill,A. L. Morton and T.E. Jackson and others of the Communist Party of Great Britain Historians Group as recently as the 1950's. 

Is there a clash between individual freedom and collective solidarity, then?

No such dichotomy has ever existed not even in Jesus's or Martin Luther's or the Albigensians' or Cathars' times. All history is as Marx writes,the history of class struggle. Neither the German Reformation princes nor Catholic Church reformers were friends of the poor. Both were led by religious scholars and zealots and jurists acting under the direction of the aristocracy.

Authority? 

Despite what all Marxist scholars with the exception of Engels (Socialism, Utopian and Scientific) claim,NO SOCIETY IS ALL-CONSUMING be it that of Herodian tetrarch, Galilee in Roman occupation or the Provisional Government of Saint Petersburg dualism from February to November 1917 .

Nor was totalitarian Italy and Germany combined in the period from October 1922 to May 1945. Nor Russia from 1924 to 1953 unipolar.

There is always the individual;there is always society. There is always conflict;there is always harmony.

Those people who are born within sound of the Bow Bells are associated with anti-Catholicism e.g. the Gordon riots (1788). The Liberties of Dublin were what Queen Victoria referred to as the most Protestant City in the Empire.

Let people and academia remember real history and reminisce on the origins of heresy and its successor, this religious-political sophistry.

The police and the judicial process

In Northern Ireland the police stand in opposition to the courts system and the Bill of Rights 1689 because they are a body of men who answer only to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Home Office.

We need a police force to quell crime and stop conflict degenerating into violence as we need lawyers to resolve public and private disputes and prosecute chronic offenders against civil and criminal norms.

The Police Ombudsman's Office is a mere fig-leaf thrown up by the misnamed Northern Ireland Peace Process. 

The culprit?

 That garrulous buffoon, Chris Patten. Many of the arrangements of this ramshackle Agreement defeat the ends of justice.

Wholesale arrests and selective medical internment,not forgetting police visits to journalists houses,are a regular feature of an Orwellian state created for Northern Ireland by Tony Blair and the British Government and British Labour Party hangers-on.

Access to public law and interim judicial remedies is being denied by a loudmouthed criminal elite who dominate politics. They are to be found in the  British Army and in the interstices of our society, particularly amongst those who are former members of the RUC,UDR and Territorial Army.

What is needed is a judicial commission of inquiry into the activities of the PSNI and Security Service in Northern Ireland since 1998. Mitigation of offences by US emissaries is inadequate.

For their part constitutional nationalists have been poorly served by ill-chosen men and women. Many of those representatives have been in jail and many have a history of alcohol abuse. 

The other part of the equation?

In jail,loyalists favourite reading material is crime fiction. There they learn how to conduct criminal enterprises successfully. The loyalists are people who by virtue of their miserable background and deficient education are not suited to conduct any political business.

The problem in the background?

The police have developed into a terrorist organisation to some extent trading on unconstitutional laws and regulations.They are operating extra-judicial tribunals. The Army and security firms paid by the state operate special 'administrative' measures in association with a health system which is no longer fit for purpose. 

The NHS is part of the policing and prison system. Publiclly-funded psychiatry operates as a system of physical retribution.

The solution to both dilemmas?

Cut police pay and doctors salaries and prorogue their anti-yerrorist budgets and large expense accounts.

What newspapers put into the public domain and untrained media and musical polecats believe is incompatible with what my experience tells myself and the same goes for others with a good Catholic education.

The police are profoundly at odds with the judicial system and entirely out of line with concepts of rights and the basic rules of a law-governed society.

International comparisons? Lawlessness?

Nowhere was this police lawlessness more clear than in Russia under the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

That was the reason that sort of society and its institutions had to be swept aside.

One word for the collapse of Soviet totalitarianism?

Policing.

Let us be grateful for small mercies when police protect us but condemn them quietly for persecution without prosecution. Let us access proper lawyers when they persecute the naive and unwary.

One empire has gone and another is disappearing....
