Reciprocity 3/2017

In line with U.S – Soviet Cold War ideology, the European Union, now rejected by the English, was founded on “reciprocity” and mutuality. This was the mantra of  European political horse traders. The Central Intelligence Agency differs little. (The US intelligence and political communities base their outlook on mutual agency,the German system).

Throughout a Europe crowded with deserted factories and abandoned workshops, employers and state agencies are free to exploit and terrorise workers’ children for intellectual product while keeping them in a state of penury, economic idleness and physical ill health while acting out police dramas as recognition. These acts and remonstrances are all activities conducted in secret or semi-publicly.

England,this England 

Friedrich Engels rejected English Common Sense (‘"that fine old man that he is") and was the most prominent Social Democrat of the ate nineteenth century. It was he who set the academic stage for some of the political features of the acceleration of English social and economic development of the 1880’s.

Now the English have rejected French reciprocity styling it political interference and unnecessary intrusion,efforts at over- centralisation orchestrated by a dying continent. They have embraced civil society politics,“that fine old man that he is – Common Sense”.

France and England,reciprocity? 

Germany,the life of the thinker and his recompense in Europe ?

Reciprocity means a pocketful of jumbles and false promises,penny streamers that soon fall to ground.

German mutuality is in the end-up for the thinker,police theatre.

All Continental alternatives to civil society relations amount in the Englishman's eyes to, in effect,a pauper’s broth and German mutuality to a conspectus of street drama, public invective and payment with solopsisms.

All in the Englishman's  eyes,leading to the bitter fruits of trusting such manifestly untrustworthy people as the French and Germans.

Russia -the Goliath in the East and North 

Russia as distinct from Britain receives its international guidance from the All-Union Geopolitical Institute.

Gyorgy Arbatov once preached and broadcast to the West that multipolarity or a comity of nations and rival poles of attraction was the best way to avoid international conflict and guarantee mutual harmony,detente and rapprochement.

China sings from the same hymnbook today but is that necessary,I ask, since many in Russia and China are no longer resolved to point a gun at their foe's head.

Those of the intelligentsia who make allegations of Russian roulette and games of Chinese blinds and swinging lanterns are fools and spies out to influence young minds in the most cultured societies of the West....

The observations above invite the question as to what is reciprocity and what is "a unipolar world" and,even more so,what is multipolarity.

Unipolarity is the imperial system,the Anglo-American system.

Reciprocity is 'you scratch my back and I will scratch yours'. At a workingman's level, 'you help me and I will help you' .Or in commercial terms,"you buy from me and I will buy from you".

Multipolarity is the doctrine of  'many heads are better than one" or equal rights and a fairer division of power and influence amongst the nations of the world and the governments.

Unipolarity is in simple terms,' the big fellow always comes out on top in the end'. That system is the village headman system and hostage taking system as a guarantee against a community's good behaviour. It entails also in a sovereign or constitutional system the indivisibility of power and authority.

It was in recent times,Sinn Fein which sailed under the banner of reciprocity which has recently establishes itself as the only 'go-to' party in society and government or,if you plet,a form of unipolarity.
